Create a Storage Report
The Storage Report User Report provides a detailed list of user files and their properties.
To get started:
- Log in to Admin+.
- Go to Workflows on the left navigation menu.
- Click on New Workflow near the top right.
- Select From Scratch.
- Provide a Name and Description for the Workflow.
- Select the Trigger Type: Specific Date or Schedule.
- Click Next: Conditions and Actions.
- Choose New Action to set the Action – Storage Report User Report.
- This will generate a detailed list of user files within your Organizational Unit.
- Depending on the number of users and files, this may take a few minutes to generate.
- Give the report a unique Name.
- Select which Properties to include in the report.
- Go to Export and choose a file type for the generated report to use.
- Choose between Google Sheets or Excel Sheets (CSV).
- Use Show Sample to view an example datasheet.
- Configure a Conditional (optional).
- The Conditional is the logic used for the report to run.
- A Conditional can be joined to another using ‘AND/OR‘ statements.
- ‘AND‘ will require an event to meet all conditions.
- ‘OR’ will require an event to meet only one condition.
- Complete the Email To addresses and include a Subject Name
- Enable Attach Reports.
- Enter a message for the body of the email.
- Click Next: Review in the bottom right when all Conditions and Actions are set.
- Finally, select Enable in the top right to activate the workflow.
