Workflow Triggers

Workflow+ is great for automating tasks within your Google Workspace. Workflows can be set up to accommodate different needs by running on a Specific Date, on a Schedule, or via Subscription to specific Google Events.

  • The Specific Date option will run the workflow on the specified date and time given in the future.
  • The Schedule option will run the workflow at a recurring time.
    • There must be at least 24 hours between each run of the schedule.
  • The Subscription option will allow you to subscribe to events within your environment. It will create a trigger to run the workflow when a specific event occurs within an organization’s Google Workspace. For this trigger, the user will select a specific activity/event for the workflow to use.
