How to Create a Ticket
- Log in to Admin+.
- Choose Tickets on the left navigation menu.
- Click New Ticket near the top right of the page.
- Provide a Subject and Description for the ticket.
- Note: A description is not required, but adding details may be helpful.
- Click Add Ticket.
- After submitting the basic information, you can add comments and attachments to the tickets.
- Supported formats include .jpg, .png, and .pdf.
- Attachments must be less than 25MB in size.
