How to Create a Ticket

    1. Log in to Admin+.
    2. Choose Tickets on the left navigation menu.
    3. Click New Ticket near the top right of the page.
    4. Provide a Subject and Description for the ticket.
      • Note: A description is not required, but adding details may be helpful.
    5. Click Add Ticket.
    6. After submitting the basic information, you can add comments and attachments to the tickets.
      • Supported formats include .jpg, .png, and .pdf.
      • Attachments must be less than 25MB in size.
