Delegates Overview
Delegates have the ability to open a ticket on behalf of someone else. You can create delegates from a group or organizational unit.
To get started:
- Log in to Admin+ as a Super Admin.
- Select Settings on the left navigation menu.
- Find the Ticket under Customizations and choose the Delegates option.
- The heading information shows the categories for Name, Organizational Unit, and Group Email.
- To create, click on the New icon to the right of the heading information. This will open an Add Delegate window with the following requirements:
- Name.
- Organizational Unit.
- Group Email.
