Contacting Google Workspace Support

(This only applies to customers who purchased their Google Workspace licenses from Kincaid IT)

1. Within the Google Admin Console, navigate to the help icon.
   
   
   
   
2. A new window will open. Press "Contact support"
   
   
   
   
   
3. Press the "Google support" link to open a case.
