Smart & Simple Repair Shipping

Trafera Smart Shipping

Simplify your repair process by introducing Trafera Smart Shipping to the mix. We’ll send you a box to fill up with several broken devices as they come in. Record the serial numbers and when it’s full, submit everything on a single repair ticket in your Trafera portal.

Have a mixture of devices that are under warranty and some that aren’t? No problem! As long as you include the serial numbers on your repair ticket, we’ll take care of it. For any devices or issues not covered under warranty, we’ll send you a quote and leave it up to you whether to fix it or just send it back. Nobody makes maintaining your devices easier than Trafera!
