Storage Numbers for a Data Migration

Trafera may ask for storage numbers when quoting a data migration. Here is what we need and how to get the numbers.

• Gmail
• Drive

1. In the Google Workspace Admin Console, go to Storage on the left-hand navigation or click this link https://admin.google.com/ac/storage
   
   
2. Note (1,2) or screenshot the Drive and Gmail storage numbers. You will send these numbers to us in a later step.
   
   
   
   
3. Using the image above as a reference, click the "i" symbol (3) or click this link https://admin.google.com/ac/reporting/report/apps/accounts#accounts_apps_used_quota
   
   
4. Deselect (1) Gmail, (2) Drive, (3) Photos.
   
   
   
   
5. Using the image above as a reference, get the Shared Drive storage used, or (4).
   
   
6. Email the Drive, Gmail, and Shared Drive numbers to the person requesting or email sales@trafera.com
