Scheduling a Storage Report

Scheduling a storage report will ensure your Admin+ reports are always current. You can configure your report to run at any time and on any day, letting you set the report at any interval you choose.

Scheduling an Automatic Report:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Choose Settings under Storage Report
3. Under the Automation
   
   1. Select the days and times you want the report to run automatically
   2. Enter the email addresses of the users to whom you wish to be notified when the report is complete.
4. Click Save Schedule.
   
   

Running the Report Manually:

1. Go to Storage
2. Click Re-run Report in the top right corner.
3. Click Confirm

The report will automatically be emailed to you upon its completion.
