Managing Service Account

If you do not have a service account created, then you will not be able to access the Storage Report, Workflow, Ticketing, or Assets Module.

How to Create a Service Account

  1. Click Create Service Account.
  2. It will automatically open the Automatic section of the Add Service Account dialog. For it to create the service account for you just click Setup Service Account.
    • To create a Service Account, manually follow these instructions.

  3. Then Click Add Scopes To Domain Wide Delegation. This will direct you to Google Workspace.
    • You might have to enter your password.

  4. After being directed to Google Workspace, Click Authorize.
  5. Go back to the Admin+ tab, and click Test. This will test if all the required scopes are there.
    • If the test is successful then click Close.
    • If the test fails, then click Continue. This will open up the API Controls to Google Workspace dialog again.
      • Then click the Need additional help card and follow those instructions.
