Trafera proudly offers our own warranties directly to our customers. For Gold and Platinum warranties, this means Trafera is 100% responsible for all warranty actions needed for the products purchased from us. Specifically, under our Gold and Platinum warranties, all logistics, receiving, repairs, repackaging, reporting, returns, and all associated costs are covered by Trafera. We are your single point of contact for any and all repairs required to support the products purchased from us.

As our new company, Trafera, we are working hard to unify and streamline the warranty processes previously in place from Trinity3 and FireFly. For now, though, if you need support for a warranty purchased through Trinity3 Technology or Trafera, please submit claims through your Trafera Customer Portal. If you need support for a warranty purchased through FireFly Computers, please submit claims through the FireFly Service Request Form. Thank you!
